Brown the garlic in a frying pan with extra virgin olive oil and then add the aubergines cut in pieces . Add the cherry tomatoes, the basil leaves and cook until you get a sauce. Take a baking tray, spread the sauce, place the lasagne and repeat the same operation until you get three layers. Bake at 200 °C for about 35 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve hot garnishing with a basil leaf.
