  • 320 g Multigrain Spaghetti by Felicia
  • 150 g Baby Carrots
  • Pink pepper to taste
  • 100 g Brussels sprouts  
  • 150 g Colourful peppers
  • 150 g Asparagus
  • 400 g fresh mullets
  • Thyme to taste
  • Glove to taste
  • 2 Limes
  • Extra virgin olive oil and salt to taste


Cut peppers, Brussels sprouts, carrots and asparagus into small pieces. Place the vegetables in a bowl and add lime juice, extra virgin olive oil, a handful of pink pepper and mullet cut a la julienne. Let it stay for 15 minutes. Cook the pasta al dente and then cool it in water and ice. Add the pasta in the sauce, stir and serve with a sprinkling of white pepper and sprigs of thyme.
