Red Lentil Sedanini with Chicory Tips, Roasted Peppers and Black Olives

Ingredients:

  • 250 g Organic red lentil sedanini
  • 150 g Chicory tips
  • 50 g Black olives
  • 150 g Peppers
  • Onion to taste
  • Extra virgin olive oil and salt to taste

Procedure:

Clean, wash, cut and bend the chicory tips. Drank the olives and cut them into two pieces. Clean, wash and cook the peppers in the oven for 30 min at 200 °C. Cut them into strips. Clean and chop the onion. In a frying pan brown the onion in extra virgin olive oil, add the peppers, chicory tips and cook for a few minutes. Cook the sedanini in abundant salt water and drain al dente. Then pour the pasta in a pan mixed with the black olives. Serve hot.
