Red Lentil Sedanini with Chickpeas and Borage

Ingredients:

  • 250 g of red lentil organic macaroni
  • 150 g of chickpeas
  • 300 g of borage
  • 2 gloves of garlic
  • 100 g of extra virgin olive oil
  • salt to taste – water

Procedure:

Soak the beans for about 6 hours. Wash the borage.
Cook the chickpeas in a pot over slow fire. In a pan brown the garlic in extra virgin olive oil and add the chickpeas.
Boil the macaroni in abundant salted water, then drain the pasta, add the chickpeas and stir all, adding raw borage cut a la julienne. Serve hot.
