Ingredients:

  • 250g of red lentil organic macaroni
  • 200g of artichokes
  • 200g of potatoes
  • 100 cc of extra virgin olive oil
  • Garlic and salt to taste

Procedimento:

Clean and cut the potatoes into cubes and boil them. Clean the artichokes. Brown the garlic in a pan with extra virgin olive oil and add the potatoes.
Meanwhile, boil the macaroni in salted water.
Drain the pasta and pour it in the pan with potatoes. Add the artichoke hearts and cook for about 5 minutes. Serve hot.
