Ingredients:

  • 250 g Organic red lentil fusilli
  • 150 g Spring onions
  • 150 g Friggitelli
  • 100 g Potatoes
  • Extra virgin olive oil and salt to taste

Procedure:

In a pan with extra virgin olive oil brown the rest of the spring onions and add the friggitelli. Add potatoes after being boiled and peeled, then mash with a fork until you get a puree. Cook the fusilli in abundant salted water, drain them al dente with the prepared sauce and sauté for a few minutes. Serve hot garnishing the dish with the spring onions.
