Pea Fusilli with Zucchini Flowers and Peas

Ingredients:

  • 250g organic green pea fusilli
  • 400g field vegetables (pumpkin flowers and sprouts)
  • 100ml extra virgin olive oil
  • 100g winter tomatoes
  • 100g extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Gloves of garlic
  • salt to taste

Procedure:

Clean and wash the vegetables. Brown the garlic in a pan with extra virgin olive oil and add the cherry tomatoes cut in half. Boil the vegetables in abundant salted water. When half-cooked, add the fusilli. When cooked, drain the pasta with vegetables and sauté all in the pan with the sauce. Serve hot.
