  • 320 g Maize & Rice Bavette by Felicia
  • 400 g fresh tuna
  • Mint to taste
  • 30 g Tropea Onion
  • Lime juice to taste
  • Lemon zest to taste
  • Garlic to taste
  • Pink pepper to taste
  • Extra virgin olive oil and salt to taste


Cut the fresh tuna into cubes and season with extra virgin olive oil, salt, mint and lime zest and leave it to marinate in a dish for a short time. Cook the pasta al dente and drain in the marinated tuna. Complete with lime juice and a few slices of red onion.
