Maize-rice caserecce with bean puree and wild mushrooms

Ingredienti:

  • Maize-rice caserecce 250
  • Chilli peppers (200 g)
  • Wild mushrooms (200 g)
  • Crusco peppers (300 g)
  • Slices of crisp bread
  • 1 bunch of marjoram
  • 1 glove of garlic
  • extra virgin olive oil and salt to taste

Procedure:

Cut the peppers, the mushrooms and the garlic. Pour them all into pan with oil and add the marjoram. Prepare a bean puree and place it on the bottom of the dish. Cook and drain caserecce al dente (13-15 min). Pour then the pasta into the pan with the other ingredients prepared before. Place the pasta in the dish on the bean puree. Garnish with Crusco peppers and the slices of crisp bread
