Ingredients:

  • 250 g Green pea half penne by Felicia
  • 100 g Zucchini flowers
  • 100 g Cherry tomatoes
  • 100 g Chards
  • 1 Glove of garlic
  • Extra virgin olive oil and salt to taste

Procedure:

In a pot with salted water boil the chards and, when cooked, set aside. In a frying pan brown the garlic in extra virgin olive oil, add the tomatoes and cook for a few minutes. Cook the half penne in salted water al dente and sauté in the pan. Add the chards and zucchini flowers, mix all well and serve hot.
