Ingredients:

  • 500 g of gluten-free mix for bread, pizza and focaccia by Felicia®
  • 400 g of tepid water
  • 25 g of olive oil
  • 10 g of salt
  • 5 g of sugar
  • 7 g of dry yeast or 25 g of fresh yeast

Procedure:

Pour the gluten-free mix into a bowl, add the sugar and the yeast. Add then water and stir with a spoon, in the end add oil and salt. Work for at least 5 minutes, until smooth and homogeneous.
Oil a glass bowl and put in the dough, cover with a damp cloth or kitchen cloth and allow to stand for 1 hour in a lukewarm place.
Take the dough; if it is sticky, with your oiled hands work the dough again and create the bread with the desired shape. Let it rest for 5 min.
Then bake in a preheated oven at 230 °C for about 25-30 minutes. The cooking times will vary depending on the size of the shapes created. We recommend you to place a pan full of water into the oven to keep the whole humid.
