1. Cut all the vegetables into cubes and dip them in boiling salt water.
2. Order to follow: carrots-peppers-peas and zucchini (boil them two minutes and a half away from each other).
3. Cook the pasta for 6 minutes and then drain under cold running water
4. Drip the pasta and add all the vegetables, salt and extra virgin olive oil
5. Serve the dish at room temperature.
