  • Brown rice spaghetti by Felicia (320 g)
  • A handful of Sichuan pepper
  • A bunch of mint
  • Ginger
  • Tropea red onion
  • 1 lime
  • 1 slice of tuna


In a pan fry garlic and oil. Cook and drain the pasta al dente (cooking time 8-10 min). Pour the pasta then in the pan, add the tuna cubes with lime and zest. Scent the whole with ginger. Place the spaghetti in the dish and garnish with crushed black pepper, slices of red onion and fresh mint leaves.
