  • 320 g Brown rice spaghetti
  • 200 g Botargo (tuna roe)
  • Red cabbage sprouts to taste
  • Lemon zest to taste
  • Garlic to taste
  • Extra virgin olive oil and salt to taste


Cook the spaghetti al dente and then drain. Sauté in a pan with extra virgin olive oil raw and serve. Complete pouring grated botargo, lemon zest and red cabbage sprouts over pasta.
