Ingredients:

  • 100% Brown rice Fusilli (340 gr)
  • 100 g of Campania buffalo mozzarella cream
  • 150 g green tomatoes
  • 100 g of cucumbers
  • 70 g of Pantelleria capers
  • 50 g of celery
  • 50 g of red onion
  • 50 g of black olives
  • 70 g of Sorrento nuts
  • 1 lemon
  • Semi di zucca 20 gr
  • Spicchi d’aglio 2
  • Olio extra vergine di oliva e sale qb

Procedure:

Cut green tomatoes, cucumbers, capers, celery and onions. Cook and drain the fusilli al dente (cooking time 7-9 min.). Lay the buffalo mozzarella cream on the bottom of a cup.
Place the pasta together with the vegetables cut before. Garnish with Sorrento nuts, black olives and a sprinkle of lemon.
