Ingredients:
- 100% Brown rice Fusilli (340 gr)
- 100 g of Campania buffalo mozzarella cream
- 150 g green tomatoes
- 100 g of cucumbers
- 70 g of Pantelleria capers
- 50 g of celery
- 50 g of red onion
- 50 g of black olives
- 70 g of Sorrento nuts
- 1 lemon
- Semi di zucca 20 gr
- Spicchi d’aglio 2
- Olio extra vergine di oliva e sale qb
Procedure:
Cut green tomatoes, cucumbers, capers, celery and onions. Cook and drain the fusilli al dente (cooking time 7-9 min.). Lay the buffalo mozzarella cream on the bottom of a cup.
Place the pasta together with the vegetables cut before. Garnish with Sorrento nuts, black olives and a sprinkle of lemon.
